Faculty and Graduate students must immediately report any work-related injuries or illnesses to the Green Cluster’s CAO, Briana Desmond, bdesmond@ucdavis.edu.  When filing an injury report, please include the following information: time and date of incident/illness, location of accident, description of the injury/illness, and whether medical treatment was sought.  A full description of reporting work-related injuries and illness, as well as information regarding campus safety resources such as after hours and emergency medical treatment locations, is available at https://safetyservices.ucdavis.edu/article/injury-reporting-procedure.
